Who we are

What we collect

• When you order: parent’s name, WhatsApp number, email, the student’s name, grade and school, the test date if you add it, the level, language and edition, and any referral code.
• When you pay: only what we need to confirm the transfer. We never ask for or store card details.
• For delivery: a delivery address for printed books when needed.
• While you browse: no tracking or advertising cookies. The interactive sample saves your answers in your own browser only. We may use aggregated visit statistics that do not identify you.

Why we use it

• To fulfil your order, confirm payment and contact you about it.
• To activate your digital access and protect it from unauthorised sharing.
• To provide support.
• To improve our books and services.

We only send marketing messages to people who agree, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. Service providers process it for us only as needed: order forms (Tally), messaging (WhatsApp and email), website hosting (Cloudflare), and our printing and delivery partners. We may disclose data when lawfully required by a competent authority.

Student data

Parents provide the student’s details, and we keep only what we need to choose and deliver the right book. If a student contacts us, we ask that a parent is aware.

How long we keep it

For the life of the order and the digital access, then only as long as the law or an open query requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law you may ask what we hold about you, get a copy, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will reply within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown on this page.
